Email Lists

We use MailChimp for a variety of email and other online list uses. All of our related activities are conducted in accordance with MailChimp’s Terms of Use. MailChimp also provides their privacy policy here¬†which is in accordance with the Electronic Privacy Communications Act (EPCA). Please note that you may unsubscribe from our email list by clicking the appropriate link on any bulk email sent by the campaign.

Online Donations

We are required by federal law to disclose campaign donations. Making any online donation implies consent for the campaign to contact you through electronic means (for instance, you should immediately receive a confirmation email) in the future. Should you ever receive a confirmation email for a contribution you did not make, please contact us immediately.

Reporting: Federal law requires us to use our “best effort” attempts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for individuals whose contributions exceed $200 during the election cycle.

Limits: Individuals may contribute a maximum of $2,600 per election. Each election in the 2013-2014 election cycle is considered a separate election. Thus, an individual may contribute $5,200 today and designate $2,600 for the primary election and $2,600 for the general election.

PACs: Federal multicandidate political committees may contribute $5,000 per election. Each election in the 2013-2014 election cycle is considered a separate election. Thus, such a PAC may contribute $10,000 today and designate $5,000 for the primary election and $5,000 for the general election.
